REÏWAH is an independent fashion brand offering clothing and related products through reiwah.com.

Our Pieces

We take care to present our pieces as accurately as possible, including their colours, fabrics, details and fit.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting or device. As many of our pieces feature delicate fabrics, prints and detailing, small variations may also occur between individual pieces.

These variations are part of the nature of the garment and are not necessarily considered faults.

Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation using the details provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary — for example, if a piece is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Please make sure your contact, delivery and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Pre-Orders

Some REÏWAH pieces are released on a pre-order basis.

When purchasing a pre-order piece, you are reserving your chosen piece, colour and size before it is ready for dispatch.

Estimated production and dispatch timings will be made clear when the piece is available to order.

These dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If something changes significantly, we’ll let you know using the contact details provided with your order.

Your statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected simply because an item was purchased through pre-order.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these are not collected by us at checkout, they are outside REÏWAH’s control and may be payable by the recipient.

Delivery

Orders may be dispatched from our UK or Saudi Arabia location depending on your delivery region.

Available delivery options, prices and estimated timings are shown at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available.

While we’ll always do our best to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, circumstances outside our reasonable control — including customs or courier delays — can sometimes affect delivery.

If there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help wherever we can.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.

Eligible pieces may be returned in accordance with the conditions and timeframes set out in that policy.

You can begin an eligible return through our Start a Return service.

Returned pieces must meet our return conditions before a refund is completed.

We’ll take it from there. ✦

Faulty or Incorrect Pieces

Every REÏWAH order should arrive as it was intended.

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request using the relevant reason so that we can help.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Our Website

The photographs, videos, written content, graphics, branding, designs, logos and other original material appearing on the REÏWAH website belong to REÏWAH or are used with permission.

They may not be reproduced, copied, commercially distributed or used to represent another business without permission.

You’re very welcome to share REÏWAH content through the usual social-media sharing features, provided it remains credited to REÏWAH.

Using Our Website

Please don’t use our website in a way that could damage, interfere with or compromise the website or its operation.

You must not knowingly introduce malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, misuse the checkout process or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
